Lily
As Lily finishes treatment for breast cancer, she focuses on life with newfound clarity. Wandering atmospheric New York City streets, she reevaluates her relationship with her older boyfriend and her feelings about her long-absent father. The film lingers on charged moments during this vulnerable period to deliver an intimate and heartfelt portrait.
Loosely based on the experiences of co-writer and lead actress Amy Grantham, Lily is a mature, stylish character piece reminiscent of classic French New Wave cinema.
